Rental

The rental of my own apartments and houses is generally governed by German tenancy law with shortened notice periods and is exclusively on a fixed-term basis, with renewals as needed. The rent includes all utilities (water from my own deep well, electricity, cable internet/LAN, garden maintenance, taxes) except for gas for cooking.
