The primary residence of the operator of the website www.ibau-py.com and the provider of all real estate and service transactions is located in the Department of Guairá, Paraguay, with jurisdiction in Mbocayaty del Guairá, and is therefore subject to the legal regulations and current case law of the Republic of Paraguay, in particular the Civil Code.

When providing surveying and planning services as well as construction management, I adhere to the fee schedules of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI 2023) (Annexes). For construction services, I am bound by the principles of the Procurement and Contract Regulations for Construction Service  (VOB) in its most recent version.

Deviating agreements can be made in writing by mutual consent.
